Meeting a friend at 10 to go cycling alongside the Potomac river. Sounds good, but my main concerns are:
1. It's freezing cold
2. I only have shorts
3. I have a hangover
4. I have not cycled anywhere for quite a while, and he goes every weekend
Other than that, really looking forward to it.
Disappointed to hear Ed Stourton no longer going to do 'Today' programme - I think he's very good and would much rather they'd got rid of the insufferably rude John Humphries.
